Congratulations, your management system has achieved certification from a UKAS accredited Certification Body and you are now using that achievement to gain new contracts and support business growth.  You are also seeing benefits to the business through improved communication, staff engagement, information sharing, data capture and compliance management.

Maintaining a Management System takes time and dedicated resource. If you have the internal capacity, great, just call us if you need any additional support and guidance.  If you want to develop your own internal audit team, consider our internal auditor training programme.

However, if your internal resource is going to struggle with the additional responsibility of maintaining your management system and internal audit programme, it can be more time and cost effective to outsource the role to us as part of your dedicated management system support team.  After all this is our main job, we do it all the time and we do it very well.

We engaged QED to assist us in achieving ISO9001 and, following accreditation, to help us maintain our system. Throughout, our QED consultant has offered practical, hands-on advice and support and it has been a pleasure to work with her.

Our fully managed service includes

  • Delivery of the internal audit programme
  • Engaging with staff to close out nonconformities and progress improvement objectives
  • Provide support to manage supplier evaluation and compliance documentation
  • Ongoing mentoring in management system requirements (remotely or on-site)
  • Facilitating the management review meetings
  • Facing the external certification body auditor

 

This service is particularly effective if you are using the HPA cloud based software where we can provide additional support to maintain your management system.  This could include chasing supplier documentation and assisting with document uploads and updates.
